Background / Preamble:

SEO is the practice of making it easier to get site owners and the audience to look for each other, to fulfill the goals of the web page owner plus the informational and situational requires of that audience. This means simply helping webmasters find the right vocabulary to use that audience members will hunt for, and beating technical hurdles that might keep search engines coming from crawling and indexing the truly amazing content designed for that viewers (Slawsky & Grithchlow, 2012). Since the breakthrough of search engines like yahoo after World-wide-web was born, the literature have been written about how a website can get the position for the first page of a google search. Reason with this is to get the interest of target audience on the start and to reach the ones who are in reality looking for a thing that the website offers. There are so many elements which help those sites to get there and the analysis will include each of our study regarding the ways to achieve the first page with the search engine. Our study may also include the past and obsolete methods for search engine optimisation, currently won methods and we'll also shed light on the ongoing future of SEO that can not only provide the format of search results keywords but will cater in the spectrum of semantics also. Our research will be carried out to measure technological factors as well as individual actions too when it comes to searching on a internet search engine. Problem statement:

Performance evaluation is a method in which a director evaluates and offers judgment about employee job performance and has been traditionally used in generally American organizations.
